Hello , welcome to our group!

This group exists to provide women in their 40's to 60's in the Seattle area an opportunity to meet and socialize, to experience a variety of fun activities together, and to hopefully form new friendships.
We encourage you to take the step and RSVP to one or more of our events soon.

It is highly recommend that you turn notifications ON in your profile preferences, so that you can receive timely notices when new events are announced, as they do tend to fill up very fast...

Here are the two most important rules of conduct for our group that you need to be aware of and adere to:

1. RSVP’ing to Events:
The demand for our events almost always exceeds supply... Therefore, please RSVP Yes only if you are positively planning to attend.

If you have RSVP'd to an event, and end up unable to attend (life happens, it’s OK), it is essential to EDIT YOUR RSVP to “Not-Going” no later than 24 hours before the event time. This is basic courtesy toward the Event Organizer and will free up your spot for someone else to attend.

2. No-Show Policy: Three and You Are Out.
You will be marked as a "No-Show" if you RSVP to an event and then don’t show up, without having changed your RSVP status at least 24 hours prior to event time.

No-Showing creates delays and stress for Event Organizers, and often prevents others who are on a waitlist from participating. We consider this highly inconsiderate and do not look kindly on it.

Three or more "No-Shows" within a 12 months period will result in removal from the group.

Keeping your rsvps current always and staying in communication with your event organizers will make it easy to avoid this situation.
