Join us for a relaxed 3.5 mile walk on old roads in Penwood that leads to peaceful “Lake Louise.” The hike will include side trails that offer two sweeping views, Cedar Ridge Overlook for the Hartford vista and, for those who want a short challenge, the pinnacle overlook with its stone “Stairway to Heaven” leading to breath-taking panoramic view at the highest point in the park.
Meet at the parking lot directly off Rt. 185—it can be crowded so drive with a friend if possible.
