Modern Italian Dinner Party – Cook & Dine Together

Ladies, let’s try something a little different — a relaxed evening cooking and dining together at Taste & Technique in Fair Haven.

This is a partially hands-on class where we’ll help prepare a full modern Italian dinner with guidance from the chef, then sit down and enjoy the meal together. It’s interactive, social, and perfect whether you’re comfortable in the kitchen or just happy to learn something new. You’re welcome to BYOB if you’d like.

· Gnocchi w/ Mushroom & Chive Cream Sauce
· Panko Parm Chicken Breast w/ Roast Brussels, Cauliflower & Pine Nuts in Lemon Cream Sauce
