Join me for a fun Saturday morning on the trails around beautiful ATL.
We are fortunate to have, Stone Mountain, Buford Dam, Sawnee Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain, Sweetwater Creek and many more nature trails waiting for us after a long week at work.
I’m calling on my peri to post menopausal women in the Atlanta area to come along and visit with Mother Nature to leave all our troubles in the dirt.
Events are rain or shine and solo managed even though nobody will be left behind. Saturdays from sunrise til around noon with post effort nourishment nearby if we have the time.
