Online Workshop: Habits, Goals, and Change for 2024!

Hey all!

We're partnering up again with The C.H.A.N.G.E. Project (TCP) to host their first "Stories of Her" workshop of 2024 titled: Habits, Goals, and Change!

Co-Facilitators & Short Bios:
TCP was created by myself and Elizabeth Marie (Liz). For those who know (or may not know), I am a Certified Life Coach and former counsellor and Liz is a Licensed Psychotherapist. We co-develop and co-facilitate the workshops.

Liz and I decided to join forces, based on our passion for supporting people through life transitions and periods of transformation, and also because we see that our work compliments each other as well.

We're both also artists. Liz works in TV & Film as an actress, script writer, and director and I am a writer and macrame artist. I share this as some of the work we do includes artistic elements (ie: psychodrama, writing exercises, and more).

Event Overview:
This event is for women who have been thinking about transforming specific areas of their life and are ready to take steps to do so! We will have open discussion, explore strategies for developing new habits, and we'll create a goals roadmap!

This workshop will also provide opportunity for women to meet new people and expand their social circle.

Workshop Registration Process:
The workshop will run from 6:30-8pm (EST) on Thursday, Jan. 18.

Upcoming Vision Board Event:
We will be hosting a vision board event in late January or February and the workshop on Jan. 16 will include some prep for that (for those who wish to create a 2024 vision board).

Information About Stories of Her:
Stories of Her (SOH) is a new workshop series created to by The C.H.A.N.G.E. Project (TCP) to bring women, with common lived experiences together (in community), for self-improvement & personal development.

Our goals is to promote self-awareness, healing, and growth!
