About us

Women After Work Berlin 🍷 is a community for women who want to make new connections while discovering beautiful places around Berlin.

We meet for small, relaxed gatherings at wine bars, jazz bars, cafés, exhibitions and other lovely spots around the city. No networking agenda, workshops or forced icebreakers — just interesting women around one table, talking about life, culture, work, relationships, art, ideas and everything in between.

The goal is simple: good conversations, new experiences, and friendships that hopefully continue beyond one evening. ✨

A small after-work gathering for women who enjoy beautiful places, interesting conversations, and making new connections in Berlin.
For our first evening, we’re meeting at Bar La Gioia for drinks, conversation, and hopefully the beginning of some new female friendships.
No networking agenda, no workshop, no awkward icebreakers. Just 6 women around one table, getting to know each other and talking about whatever comes up — life, culture, work, relationships, art, ideas, Berlin, or whatever has been on our minds lately.
The idea is simple: to regularly discover wine bars, jazz bars, beautiful cafés, exhibitions and other lovely spots around Berlin, while building a small community of curious women who enjoy exchanging perspectives and conversations that go a little beyond small talk.
