Ace Your Behavioral Interview for Introverts & ESL Individuals

Details

Job interviews can feel nerve-racking and overwhelming, especially if you’re introverted or if English is your non-native language. However, with an interview preparation strategy and practice, you can feel more confident and showcase why you’re the best candidate for the job. In this workshop, hosted by career coach Kacie Bail, you’ll learn an interview prep strategy to crush your behavioral interviews that includes:

  • When to start preparing
  • What to do (with concrete steps to follow)
  • Why these steps are important
  • Q/A

After the strategy is presented, the remaining workshop time will be used to start preparing some of your interview answers.

** In addition, submit your resume in advance to receive a lightning resume review! **

So, whether you’re actively job hunting or just thinking about making a career change, you’ll leave with a strategy that will allow you to stand out during the interview process through great storytelling, connection and company culture fit.

About the Coach: Kacie is a former IT consultant at Accenture, Infosys and Appian who made the transition to Career Coach after she moved abroad to Chile in order to learn Spanish while teaching Business English. Now that she’s back in the USA, she uses what she’s learned working in the tech industry and interviewing in her non-native language of Spanish to help introverts and ESL individuals get more fulfilling jobs.
