How (and why) To Use the Barbell Landmine for a Full Body Workout

Ever see someone using a barbell with one end secured to the floor? Come learn 10 moves you can do with one of the most simple, versatile, and bang-for-your-buck pieces of gym equipment: the landmine set-up (a barbell that rotates from one fixed point).

This unique method of using barbells is a fantastic way to increase your overall strength and use your core muscles more than you would during other barbell moves. 

Remember that ladies of all fitness levels are always welcome at our events. 

Event agenda:

- Meet-and-greet introductions.

- About 45 minutes of practice time, learning 10 different landmine exercises. Ask questions, get your form checked, practice spotting technique errors.

- Q&A for your burning questions.

Since we have limited space in the private studio I've booked, please make sure to RSVP early, and change your RSVP if it turns out you can't make it. Thanks!

      Hi Eunice - good to know! We have our events on Saturdays because there's no gym staff on Sundays, but let me look into other options for 2017. I work with clients 'til 8pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, but Wednesdays could work!
