Women&TECH Speaker Series: From People-Pleasing to Authentic Leadership

Details
Hey ladies!
I've been having so many conversations lately with women in tech about this thing we all do but rarely name: making ourselves smaller to make others comfortable.
Like saying yes when we mean no, apologizing for our expertise, taking on emotional labor that isn't our job, being praised for being "so easy to work with" while secretly burning out.
I've been exploring what it looks like to lead authentically instead of just being nice all the time, and I thought some of you might be navigating this too.
So let's chat about it over Saturday morning coffee.
I'll share some insights about:
✨The difference between being collaborative and people-pleasing
✨Micro-moments where we can choose authenticity over accommodation
✨Practical ways to be ourselves without burning bridges
Saturday, 6/28, 10-11:15am MT
Just a cozy convo with your fav gals - so bring your favorite weekend drink (no judgment if that's a mimosa), join with camera on or off, come in your weekend clothes. No formalities, just us being us, like we always are at Women&TECH.
If this sounds like something you're thinking about too, I'd love to have you join us.
In the last bit of the session, I'll also be doing a Q&A and chatting about small changes and growth this community is going through! Exciting to chat and re-connect!
