This meetup group is for women between the ages of 35-50 who are interested in exploring holistic ways of reaching their ideal weight goals, balancing hormones and healing the body with targeted diet and lifestyle alterations.If you have encountered weight loss resistance, even though your diet is pretty good, then this group is for you. If you are in the perimenopause years and you want to know how to balance your hormones without HRT, this group is for you.
