Give Yourself Permission to Change in 2026! BECOMING: A Creative Devotion Salon

A free 60-minute sanctuary for women over 50, ready to explore creativity.

This is a space where we enter- with permission over perfection, longing over performance, and witnessing over fixing.

Creativity is devotion in motion. It’s how I turn my days, and my life, into an altar, with no need for doctrine or permission.
It’s built on a willingness to listen for what wants to come through, and bring it to life with our own two hands. Because, when you create, you not only practice presence, courage, and care; you let your inner life meet the outer world in shapes and sounds that only you can make.

During our time together, you’ll learn how to:
- Give yourself sacred permission to explore your longings and interests without pressure to prove anything.
- Reframe creativity as devotion: small, steady, and alive in everyday life.
- Practice a five-minute creative ritual you can repeat all week.
- Be gently witnessed in your becoming by like-hearted women.

By the end of our time together, you’ll have a basic, doable devotion plan you can build on, a deeper understanding that beneath all of the hustle and uncertainty, lives the wanting to know a deep connection of the spiritual and sacred, not as a performance, but as a way of being.

What To Bring
- Journal or paper, pen or markers
- Candle or soft light (battery candle welcomed)
- A small object for your altar (stone, shell, scarf, photo)
- Tea or water and comfortable seating
- Headphones for privacy during breakouts

Agreements for safety and depth
- Confidentiality: Our stories stay; wisdom can travel.
- Consent: Share only what feels right. We request cameras on.
- Witnessing: Appreciation over advice. Curiosity over critique.
- Presence: Arrive on time, try to minimize multitasking, and honor the spacious pace.
