Chambly Women’s Book Club – April Meeting
📖 Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus
🗓 Saturday, April 25th at 1:00 PM
📍 Café in Chambly (location to be confirmed) or online
For our April gathering, we will be reading Lessons in Chemistry — a bold, intelligent, and wonderfully original novel about resilience, identity, and finding your voice.
This story follows Elizabeth Zott, a brilliant and unconventional woman navigating science, motherhood, and society in the 1960s. It is sharp, thought-provoking, and surprisingly uplifting, with humor woven throughout.
Our discussion will be relaxed and welcoming. There is no pressure to analyze deeply or to have perfectly finished the book. Whether you read every page or most of it, you are warmly invited to join.
Discussions will be mainly in English, with some French welcome as well if helpful.
Come for meaningful conversation, connection, and a cozy afternoon over tea or coffee.
I’m looking forward to seeing you there 💜
Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
