We'll be journeying deep in warmth and nourishment. There will be movement, stillness, reflection, sharings, alchemy & embodiment practices.

Please note:

• Dress yourself as the woman you're becoming. How does she dress? It should feel comfortable.
• Please make sure you can be fully available those 4 hours. We begin and end the session together, so the space is fully held.
• I'm offering this 4h journey for a delicious price of 77 CHF.

Please bring:

• your journal
• a pen
• water to drink
• something to put on the altar (you can take it back home)
• an offer (to put on the altar) and then gift it to the earth. It can be flowers/grains/incense/fruits etc.
• a robe or a towel to wrap around your body
• an additional towel to lay on the mat
• body oil
• if you feel like it, you can also bring snacks/food to share :)
