A somatic voicework experience for stress relief, emotional balance, and vocal clarity

Vocal Yoga is nervous system hygiene for people who are tired of carrying stress in their throat, shoulders, and chest.

In this 60-minute Vocal Yoga session, you will experience the science and sensation of how your own sound: hums, sighs, whispers, tones, and intentional vocal release—can:

💙Activate your vagus nerve (linked to calm, digestion, sleep, and mood)
💙Lower cortisol (your stress hormone)
💙Reduce symptoms of anxiety, brain fog, and emotional fatigue
💙Build confidence in your natural voice (especially if you’ve been holding it back)
💙Support emotional processing without having to over-explain or analyse

This work is grounded in polyvagal theory, somatic trauma recovery, and voice-body integration. It’s perfect for:
