Grief is not meant to be carried alone. It is not something to be rushed, fixed, or hidden. It is a journey — a raw, deeply personal experience that moves through your body, heart, and soul.

Some days, it is heavy. Some days, it softens. But through it all, grief asks only to be witnessed, to be felt, to be honoured.
> Grief does not just exist in the mind — it lives in our bones, our breath, our nervous system. It lingers in unspoken words, in clenched jaws, in the tightness of the chest.

This Grief Circle is a space where you can bring your sorrow, your memories, your longing. Here, we breathe together, move together, sit in silence together. Through spiritual rituals and somatic grief practices, we allow grief to take its natural course — not by pushing it away, but by learning how to carry it with more ease, more connection, more love.
And because grief lives in the body, warm, nourishing food will be served — a reminder that comfort, care, and community are part of the healing process.

Though we won’t physically be in a forest, we will bring the essence of nature into the space — reconnecting with its wisdom, grounding, and soothing presence through sensory practices that evoke the healing power of the natural world.

Why Spiritual, Somatic and Nature-Inspired Practices?
Grief does not just exist in the mind — it lives in our bones, our breath, our nervous system. It lingers in unspoken words, in clenched jaws, in the tightness of the chest.
Spiritual rituals help us find meaning in loss, connecting us to something greater — whether that is nature, ancestors, personal faith, or the energy of love itself.

Somatic practices give grief a way to move through the body — through breath, movement, sound, and stillness — allowing us to release, regulate, and find refuge as we grieve.
Nature-inspired healing reconnect us with the cycles of the earth — reminding us that just as nature transforms, so do we.
Shared food reminds us that healing happens not just through tears, but through warmth, nourishment, and the simple act of sitting together.
Grief burnout is real. The weight of loss can leave us feeling exhausted, stuck, numb. These practices create space to soften, to breathe, to allow.

Bringing the Forest to the Circle: Nature Inspired Grief Healing
Even if we are not standing in the forest, we can bring its essence into the room. We incorporate natural elements from nature to anchor us in the present moment, and employ deep, slow breathing techniques inspired by the way trees exchange oxygen with us. You will then be immersing yourselves in a guided journey through a healing forest and engage the senses to connect with the calm and quiet wisdom of nature.
If you feel a pull towards this, trust it.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, softer, more connected.
If you need to return, come again– Step into the circle.
