Join us for an interactive workshop that shows you one of the most simple yet effective and impressive ways to show your leadership skills, get better product solutions, make decisions faster, and get promoted! If you’re having a hard time getting your voice heard in a team environment, if you want to make better decisions and innovate faster, if you want to get noticed for your leadership skills, and you want to get that promotion - you need to learn this.
We will learn about the technique, the common pitfalls to working in tech teams and building products, and then we’ll be testing out the technique in groups where all attendees will actively participate. You’ll walk away with the three exercises to run in this workshop and you’ll be able to run it in your company.
📋 Requirements
This workshop is targeted at women who are at least on mid level or above. There are no strict requirements, but because the spots are limited, we kindly ask you to leave them to the people who would get the most out of this event.
