In Feedback in Motion: Stories, Strategies, and Self-Reflection, Margaret explores what makes feedback meaningful, how to navigate subjectivity and intention, and how to build a culture of continuous improvement. Whether you work remotely or in person, this session offers real-world strategies to help you give and receive feedback with clarity and care.

Margaret McKever is a Software Engineer at Hunter Industries, where she develops software for irrigation and lighting systems using ensemble and extreme programming practices. With experience across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and agile roles, she brings technical depth and a human-centered approach to team collaboration. Her background in mediation informs her passion for feedback culture, team dynamics, and helping teams navigate complexity in positive, humane ways. Her interests include legacy code, test-driven development, and the holistic processes behind building and maintaining software.
