👩🏼 Host: Silke Nodwell | LinkedIn
Silke holds an MSci Mathematics, First Class Honours, from Imperial College London. She currently works as a data scientist at TAC Index, where she manages the data quality of 15+ client companies and develops internal quality tools. In addition to her data scientist role, Silke is a Lead at Women Coding Community, where she runs the bookclub, contributes to the technical blog, and organises talks by inspirational women.

Irina is a Founder of Women Coding Community and a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Revolut.
Her experience as a Software Engineer included working with large projects, search engines, distributed systems, performance issues, and huge data storage.
She’s working at Revolut and building a platform for retail products. That includes support services to handle 40 million clients, huge throughput and provide law latency for data flow. Irina mentoring mid-level engineers, constantly helps her team to tackle the extra mile and help the company to improve an intervening process, onboarding new hires, navigating interns and running knowledge-sharing activities. As a cherry on top, she helped to launch the inner Revolut Women Guild “RevWomen”.
