Kirsty’s career began in the automotive industry, a sector often characterized by male dominance, where she developed strong negotiation skills. Upon moving to the tech industry, she quickly identified similar challenges faced by women striving to secure their place at the table. This realization fuelled her passion for promoting diversity and inclusion.
