Presenter: Nino Godoradze | LinkedIn
Nino Godoradze is a data scientist in the banking sector with 3 years of experience in data analytics, specializing in credit risk modeling. She holds a BA in Economics and has a strong technical background in econometrics and machine learning. Nino began her studies in psychology, which sparked her curiosity about human behavior and decision-making—an interest she continues to explore through data. She has led impactful projects in the banking sector, blending business understanding with analytical solutions to drive real-world outcomes.

Silke is currently a Machine Learning Engineer at PEI Group. She holds an MSci Mathematics, First Class Honours, from Imperial College London. In addition to her role at PEI, Silke is a Lead at Women Coding Community, where she runs the bookclub, contributes to the technical blog, and organises talks by inspirational women. In her free time, she enjoys running and is currently training for her first marathon in May 2025.

Prabha is the Lead Data Scientist at Milbotix. She’s previously worked as a Full-stack Software Developer and holds a Master’s degree from Lancaster University. She’s also a mentor at the Women Coding Community. Her interests include reading books, swimming and travel.
