Data Careers Evening with Michelin: Mock Interviews & HR Tips

The Women Coding Community is excited to partner with the Michelin Data Team for a special evening of career insights, networking, and professional development in the data field.

This unique event will feature two standout sessions:

• A career-focused talk by Michelin’s HR Director, offering practical advice on navigating today’s job market, especially for women in data and tech.
• A keynote by Sophie Foucque, CEO of Michelin Connected Fleet, sharing her inspiring leadership journey and career lessons.

Both talks will be informal and interactive, providing plenty of space for questions and genuine conversation.

Selected attendees will have the chance to:

• Take part in a mock interview with a member of Michelin’s data team
• Receive one-on-one CV feedback from experienced Michelin HR professionals

💡 These are not just interviews — they’re career-building sessions led by seasoned HR experts, designed to offer real-time feedback and insider tips.

⚠️ Please note: Spaces are limited to 6 participants per session. Priority will be given to early applicants via a detailed application form on a first come, first serve basis. Please fill in the detailed application form to apply for this opportunity.

All other attendees will still benefit from group career sessions with the Michelin HR Director and opportunities to network and connect with industry professionals.
