Airat is a software and cloud engineer with 4 years of experience working in startups and IT consultancies. Also an AWS Community Builder, she is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies, automation tools, and DevOps practices to build secure infrastructure pipelines for effective software delivery.
Airat is committed to leading and contributing to initiatives that promote diversity in tech and help women hone their strengths and hidden potential. Currently, she is involved in different tech communities, including Women Coding Community where she serves as a Leader and manages the Cloud & DevOps track.

As Engineering Manager at Elliptic, Madhura focuses on building high-performing teams, driving timely deliveries, and optimising processes to achieve greater efficiency and impact. Outside of work, she is Lead at the Women Coding Community, where she actively supports women in advancing their tech careers, creating a more inclusive and equitable tech community.
