Jane Pitt began her career as a script writer for a television production company, but her love of technology and problem-solving drove her to change career path and pivot into tech. Jane held a number of Engineering and Architecture roles prior to joining Microsoft in 2016 where she now works as a Manager in the EMEA Technical Trainer team, helping Microsoft deliver impactful training to future-proof the skills of the global workforce. Alongside technology at Microsoft, Jane’s passion is promoting gender diversity. She founded Microsoft TechHer which offers tech skilling programs for women, and also works with a UK government taskforce to help shape action and policy to make tech a great place for women.
