Welcome to Writing Club!

We’re excited to re-launch of the WCC Writing Club, a creative community designed to bring together individuals who are passionate about writing and self-expression. Writing is a powerful tool for self-expression, advocacy, and personal growth. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, participants will explore how writing can amplify their voices.

In this session we will:

• Discuss the role of writing in everyday life.
• Provide practical writing tips.
• Do a writing exercise together and provide each other feedback in a safe and collaborative environment

Rajani Rao, R&D Principal Technologist at AVEVA & fCTO at Bright Unicorns Digital | LinkedIn

With two decades of engineering leadership, Rajani has led global teams to pioneer breakthrough cloud technologies and distributed systems, driving significant business impact through technical excellence and team empowerment. Rajani believes great technology comes from diverse, empowered teams. Whether architecting scalable solutions or mentoring rising talents, she focuses on building inclusive engineering cultures where innovation thrives.

Prabha is the Lead Data Scientist at Milbotix. She’s previously worked as a Full-stack Software Developer and holds a Master’s degree from Lancaster University. She’s also a Lead at the Women Coding Community. Her interests include reading books, swimming and travel.
