We’re thrilled to re-launch the Women Coding Community Career Club!

We are kicking off with a powerful session led by Yasuko Ohtake, a leading technologist who will share candid insights from her career and practical strategies for visibility and influence in tech.
In an industry often dominated by jargon, “performance,” and unspoken rules, many women in technology remain overlooked despite their technical brilliance.

This session is an invitation to practice being you, being seen, being heard, and leading with confidence.

This session is designed to:
🔹guide female engineers, analysts, and tech leaders who are ready to stop being the "best kept secret" in their organisation.
🔹 give practical guidance on how to breakdown the barriers to assertive communication.
🔹discuss how to translate technical achievements to business value that execs understand, show up authentically, so your voice is heard as well as sought after.

Whether you are aiming for a senior role or looking to be heard in team meetings, this webinar provides the safe space and professional strategy needed to bridge the gap between technical expertise and leadership.

19:00 - 19:10 - Intro to Women Coding Community
19:10 - 19:50 - Session led by Yasuko Ohtake
