Host: Silke Nodwell | Data Scientist & WCC Lead | LinkedIn
Silke holds an MSci Mathematics, First Class Honours, from Imperial College London. She has two years of experience in data science and machine learning.

Silke is also a Lead at Women Coding Community, where she runs the book club and organises talks by inspirational women. In her free time, she enjoys running and hiking — she completed her first marathon in May 2025.

Speaker: Amita Singh | Engineering Manager, former VP at Axis Bank | LinkedIn
Amita Singh is a Technology Program Manager based in the Netherlands, with 19 years of experience in IT and a deep focus on the financial services industry. She specialises in designing and implementing digital platforms, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex FinTech projects at scale. In her most recent role as VP at Axis Bank, she and her team modernised six legacy systems and re-architected a monolithic application into a modular monolith. Having managed high-impact IT platforms for BFSI giants like Axis Bank and HDFC Life Insurance, Amita brings hands-on expertise in system design and capacity planning — and a passion for helping engineers build systems that work under real-world pressure.
