What we’re about
This isn’t just another relationship group. It’s a space for women who are ready to build a strong foundation of security within themselves and in love.
You’re not just looking for any relationship. You’re seeking a partnership where you feel safe, valued, and truly connected. You want to break free from cycles of self-doubt, anxious patterns, or walls of avoidance, and step into a more grounded, confident way of relating.
Love can sometimes feel confusing, frustrating, or out of reach. Dating apps, surface-level connections, and uncertainty about what you really want can leave you feeling stuck. If you’re tired of repeating the same patterns, you’re not alone—and there is another way.
This group is for self-aware, growth-oriented women who want to cultivate secure love from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore attachment, embodiment, boundaries, and authentic communication so that you can experience love with more ease and clarity.
Through workshops, conversations, and supportive community, we’ll create a space where you can connect, learn, and grow. It’s not about quick fixes or playing roles—it’s about becoming more grounded in yourself, so you can attract and build the kind of love you truly deserve.
If you’re ready to feel more secure in yourself and your relationships, and connect with like-hearted women on the same path, join us.

Class Schedule | Asheville Community Yoga
This is an in-person meditation at Asheville Community Yoga. This class is a chance to slow down and connect with yourself. We’ll use simple breathing and quiet reflection to help you notice how you feel in your relationships with friends, family, partners, or even yourself. You’ll learn from an experienced relationship coach how to listen to your own needs, understand your emotions, and bring more care and honesty into the way you connect with others. No experience with meditation is needed. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
