Women Empowered Women's ONLY Jiu-Jitsu Class

Take your first women empowered Jiu-Jitsu ALL women's jiu-jitsu class with us this Saturday morning at 8am. Be surrounded by positive, supportive women who are here with the same goals of women empowerment and gaining lasting confidence. In a clean, safe, female empowering facility with certified female lead instructors and gym owner.

You will need to arrive 15 mins early. Wear black pants and black T-shirt. (No tanks, no shorts). You do not need to have experience, this class is specifically for beginners!!
