Virtual Kundalini Yoga and Energy Work with WeWiN-ATX

Details

Choice is the path to healing. We may not be able to change the past or erase memories, but you can shift old behavior patterns and decrease the intensity of blind reactions. Learn to embrace change and open yourself to accepting all emotions that come up. Kundalini and energy work help you build self-awareness and create space for you to clear out the old and strengthen good habits. The choice is up to you. With loving kindness, Jes

WHAT TO BRING: No experience or equipment necessary. You can wear jammies if you want. You can sit in a chair, on the floor or yoga mat – whatever makes you feel good, comfortable and safe! We do invite you to bring Your beautiful self, hydration, yoga mat or blanket or chair, yoga blocks or props if they are in your practice, tissues for breathwork, and an open mind and heart.

This will be a virtual event over Zoom and the zoom link is AVAILABLE BELOW where location used to show up in meetup. PLEASE do not join the meeting until 30 minutes prior as you may interrupt another meeting that I'm having with clients.

If you haven't used Zoom before, it's a video communications tool where we'll be able to see and talk to each other. It's best to join 5-10 minutes early as your computer may have to download plugins to function on your computer. And if you'd like to play around with controls prior, here's a great article that will guide you: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Jes McCue says that growing up in a small town in south Texas, some of her first meditative experiences were exploring ‘stillness’ in the fresh hay of her family’s farm. She's always been drawn to nature and have also found many hours of bliss in the mountain peaks of Colorado and gentle waves of South Beach. Exploring Austin's many and varied trails help her prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually for the strains, challenges, and demands of engaged parenting, work and life.

CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY:
Our intention is to build an active, harmonious community of diverse, interesting women by offering meaningful activities in Nature that allow our members to come together to have fun, while nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirits. Our desire is that this investment of time and energy will make it easier for us to open our hearts to forming new friendships that lead to lasting and meaningful relationships. Our goal is that every member feels comfortable and able to become further integrated into the WeWiN community and we welcome participants stepping forward to share their gifts by co-leading events with the community. All members are asked to not post or push promotions or sales pitches in order to promote authentic connection and openness. We further remind all members to keep personal conversations shared at events confidential. All women over 18 are welcome regardless of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, political affiliation or disability.
