Hatha Flow Yoga with Jill from WeWiN-ATX

Details

A consistent yoga practice can be a powerful tool to reduce stress, energize the body, and quiet the mind. Participants will use various modalities to achieve this balance, including breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques at the beginning and end of the Flow practices.

Jill has generously offered to share some of her practice with us at an online WeWin Meetup on Monday evenings. Let's start our weeks off with intention and strengthen our bodies and hearts. Join WeWiN-ATX for this online yoga experience!

NOTE: There is an opportunity to make a love offering on a donation basis if desired and financially able to contribute. Jill is @Jill-Rolston-Yates on venmo or feel free to message her directly for other options if desired. Please come regardless of your ability to contribute!

No experience or equipment necessary. Modifications are offered, and all levels of students are supported and encouraged to attend

We do invite you to wear comfortable clothing and bring Your beautiful self, hydration, yoga mat or blanket, yoga blocks or props if they are in your practice, and an open mind and heart.

This will be a virtual event over Zoom and the zoom link is AVAILABLE BELOW where location used to show up in meetup. PLEASE do not join the meeting until 30 minutes prior as you may interrupt another meeting that I'm having with clients.

If you haven't used Zoom before, it's a video communications tool where we'll be able to see and talk to each other. It's best to join 5-10 minutes early as your computer may have to download plugins to function on your computer. And if you'd like to play around with controls prior, here's a great article that will guide you: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.
