### Join us as we connect with our inner voice and through meditation, poetry, yoga and singing bowls.

On Sunday, October 19th, I invite you to engage in a yoga practice as a way to connect to your inner wisdom. I will be incorporating a combination of poetry, meditation and gentle yoga designed to help encourage listening to one's own voice.

We will move inward during each pose, examining how we feel and trusting ourselves to be our own guides throughout the practice . All poses are simply suggestions and each person is encouraged to listen to their body and modify as needed.

Donations are accepted, but not required. All donations will go to help cover the cost of the space.

The invitation is to bring an open heart, a curious mind and a desire to ground and grow more confident in oneself.

  • We will meet at the Tranquility Room in the Casa de Luz Village. Parking is free in the parking lot along Toomey Road. Plan to arrive between 6:15 and 6:30PM. We will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
  • This gathering will take place in the Tranquility Room.
