๐๐ฅพ WeWin PopUp Hike with Optional Farmers Market Lunch ๐ฅพ๐
Details
Let's welcome Fall temps in Austin and enjoy the cooler weather! ๐๐ฅพ
We are rescheduling our Fall Hill Country Campout due to storms predicted Friday/Saturday, so join us for this last minute hike as we explore Mueller Lake Park on Sunday!
The Mueller Lake Park trail will take us past prairie fields, garden sculptures, and water features in an urban setting.
- Rhonda will be at โNessyโ the Loch Ness sea creature mosaic in the children's playground area at 9:50am and we will start right 10am. Please allow extra time to park and find us!
- Street parking is free on Sundays where signage is posted.
- The path varies from sidewalk to pea gravel and grass. We will walk at a social pace and round trip is about 3 miles.
- Bathrooms are located near the children's playground and parking lot where we begin and end.
- In alignment to WeWiN's goals to be better stewards of our beautiful city and the planet, bags will be available for those who are interested in picking up trash while walking. Feel free to bring gloves!
The Texas Farmersโ Market will be open until 2PM on the north side of the property and some of us will be heading over for shopping and lunch after the walk. We'd love to have you join us!
Everyone is responsible for taking care of their own physical needs, and we recommend that you bring:
