As the rush of the holiday season approaches, it can feel like we are constantly propelling ourselves to the future, never taking a moment to enjoy the calm of the present. This Full Moon, we will gather to remember the art of slowing down. Each step, each breath, a quiet conversation with the earth. Let this be a time to let the noise settle, feel the rhythm of your feet on the ground, notice the whisper of wind, and the soft exchange between body and breath.

We will explore simple yet powerful practices described in the podcast “The Way Out is In,” designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and reconnect you to the present moment.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this event offers a space to rest, breathe, and remember what it feels like to move with intention and ease.

Come as you are—no experience necessary. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself and the world around you.

  • We will meet at Kingsbury Commons picnic tables at the corner of Kingsbury and Parkway in Pease Park at 6:45pm.
  • This gathering will include a mindful, slllloowwww walk through Pease Park, circling with your WeWiN sisters for discussion and intention setting, and of course, HOWLING at the Full Moon.
  • Most of the walk will be on dirt trails or pavement.

Everyone is responsible for taking care of their own physical needs, and we recommend that you bring:
