Join us for dinner at Blue India. Established in 2018, Blue India blends Anglo-Indian recipes with 19th century Indian character into one spectacular dining experience! Taking inspiration from British-Indian culture, Blue India is a trendy Indian restaurant with the goal of giving guests a taste of the some of the early Indian recipes enjoyed by many around with world. The trendy atmosphere isn't the only thing this restaurant has to offer, Blue India practices traditional clay oven cooking thanks to the two copper-plated Tandoor Ovens on display from the dining room. This culinary technique locks in flavor to create authentic dishes.
