👩💻 We’re curating an intentional community of women who are:
- Working Toward a Specific Goal - You don’t need all the answers, just clear next steps and the commitment to taking them.
- Growth-Minded with 100% Personal Agency - You value mindset, momentum, and meaningful progress over perfection. You aren't afraid to take a hard look at yourself. (I highly recommend Brooke Castillo's method to mastering your mind and your actions - check it out here).
- Co-Create & Actively Participate - You value connection and you actively participate in sustaining it. Maybe that looks like occasionally hosting a remote or in-person co-working session (Austin-based), sharing ideas, or simply showing up consistently with positive energy.
- Show Up — Messy Hair & Driven by Purpose - For remote co-working, camera on is required — but no need to be polished. Messy hair, hoodie, no makeup and muted mic (to take a work call) — all welcome. This space is low pressure in appearance, high focus in energy. We care way more about your purpose than how you look.

- First 15 Mins - Say "Hello" for the first 15 mins. We will introduce ourselves, share what we are working on then mute (but stay on camera) and get to work.
- 1.5 Hours - Deep focus work. It is okay if you have to take a call or run to the other room to grab something. Just keep yourself muted and come back to work as soon as you can.
- Last 15 mins - Unmute and share how your focus session went. Connect over goals and casual convo.
- Future Casual Hangs - In the future, we can meet up for happy hour or hikes to connect more and get to know each other.
