Have you noticed that time is speeding up and that we are standing at the precipice of some great awakening? Do you feel a sense of urgency, fear, excitement, ‘stop the world, I want to get off’ all at the same time? Do you worry about things which feel out of your control? Are the strategies and the self-talk which are intended to manifest the life that you want exhausting you? Do you feel restless and continue to seek that which would make your life meaningful? Have you noticed that we often identify ourselves by what we do or how we are related to others? Have you noticed how much of our sense of self has been tied up in external references? Do you want to claim who you truly are and to feel safe expressing your true spirit in all that you do? Are you open to considering your life from a different perspective? Are your hungry for deeply meaningful conversations with other women? Are you willing to invest in yourself and trust that change need not be hard work or time consuming? If any of these hold true for you, Expressing Spirit – Discovering the Power of Personal Presence will provide you with an opportunity to uncover, claim and shine light on the gems of who you really are.

This day long workshop provides each participant with a forum which can evoke powerful transformation that is both meaningful and sustainable as we each reclaim out lives.

This workshop is neither a training nor course. It is a one day, open-forum, conversational intensive in which each participant can begin asserting her true self and move beyond the limitations of history and old beliefs and habits and shame issues.

Each participant can be sure that she will leave with an expanded context for being herSelf, living her life, and engaging in what she is passionate about.
Participants will leave the workshop knowing:

• You are safe in speaking your truth with intention

• You are safe in exercising your right to choose

• Your past is irrelevant as a guide to creating your future

• You are critical to making a difference and it is never too late

• Your life is exciting and you don’t have to do serious things seriously

Who should attend: All women who are interested in discovering the more that they can become in the good company of others. All women who are willing to make the investment of time to know themselves and their lives differently.

Investment in Self: The cost for this workshop is priced at $50.00. Payment in full is due before the start of each workshop. Payment can be made by cheque to: Jean Winter or in cash.

Location and Time:
The workshop will be held at 804 – 885 Clonsilla Avenue, Peterborough on Sunday, May 5, 2013. The day will run from 9:30 – 12:00 and 1:30 – 5:00 PM.
