Hello and welcome! I'm Selina, and I'm the creator and organizer of Women in Harmony. In 2024, I left the U.S. to move back abroad to South Korea, a country that always sparked my sense of creativity, peace, and joy. As a woman who made a major life change in my late 30s, I recognize how important it is for women to continue expanding their lives, even when it feels scary or when others try to talk down our visions.
This group is a space for women to come together to discuss their goals and dreams for growth, self-discovery, self-love, and more! In this group, we'll nurture community around our lived experiences and stories that have shaped our lives, while also talking about who we envision being and becoming in this journey of life.
We will meet virtually twice a month via Zoom to chat, connect, and build community. No matter where you are in the world, I wholeheartedly invite you to connect to this group!
Harmony begins from within, so I also advocate for continuing to nurture and feed your spirit the kindness it needs to live a bit more peacefully each day. Listen to your heart and intuition, embrace your feminine energy and power, and work on dissolving negative patterns and environments that don't uplift your spirit.
