Beth Winegar who's been a licensed therapist for 12 years. Prior to that she worked at the Family Crisis Center in Rexburg for 5 years. She has a great deal of experience in domestic violence and sexual assault. She is trained in CBT, DBT, SFT, and EMDR.

About your host, Bonnie Randall
Bonnie is a survivor of sexual assault and a few years ago God told her to shut down her successful marketing agency and start a support group and youtube channel (Come off Conqueror) for women healing from abuse trauma... never dreaming that this would lead to a major life change and be the beginning of living her life's mission, helping God's daughters with Christ-centered healing. Bonnie is a trauma informed life coach, receiving her heart-centered life coach certification through the Heart Coach Institute, an ICF accredited program. She has also received training in domestic violence advocacy, abuse prevention, and various trauma healing modalities.
