This is a space for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living in alignment with who they really are.

We focus on the deeper work—understanding the patterns behind stress, anxiety, and burnout, and learning how to shift them at the root. This includes self-abandonment, people-pleasing, overthinking, and the disconnect from your own needs and voice.

We also explore the earlier experiences that shaped these patterns—helping you reconnect with the younger parts of you that learned to stay quiet, overgive, or disconnect to feel safe. From that place, real compassion, awareness, and change begin.

Through live workshops, guided reflection, and nervous system-based tools, you’ll begin to build self-trust, set boundaries without guilt, and respond to life from a more grounded, regulated place.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself—so real change becomes possible.

More than anything, this is a space where you don’t have to perform.

You get to be seen, supported, and start becoming a woman who no longer leaves herself behind.

# BUCKET LIST: If Nothing Changed — A Future Self Experience

(I'll set this webinar for two hours, but it may not go that long.)

What if nothing in your life changed?
Not because you didn’t want it to…

This is an interactive experience designed to help you feel the life you’re currently creating—and the one you may be avoiding.
We’ll begin with a guided visualization where you’ll step into your future self at 80 or 90 years old… looking back on the life you actually lived.

What you avoided.
What you wish you had chosen.
From there, this becomes a space for real reflection and real conversation.
You’ll have time to:

  • Journal on what came up for you during the experience
  • Reflect on what you may be avoiding or putting off in your life right now
  • Share your insights, realizations, and desires in a supportive group setting
  • Hear yourself out loud—and be witnessed without judgment

This is where things shift.
Because clarity isn’t the problem.
Avoidance and disconnection are.
We’ll close by helping you turn what came up into a 30-day commitment—so you’re not just leaving with insight, but with something real to move toward.
