This is a rather vigorous workout. You can modify to your level. All ages come, including an 80 year old lady!
Park on the south end (left side if you are standing in the street looking at the building), and go in the single door on the south side. Come down the hallway and take a left at the lobby, you'll see the gym. That's where we YOGA! Bring a mat, straps, and blocks if you have them. If not, there are plenty of loaners to use.
