Join a supportive community of women teaching in higher education who want to connect and collaborate. Together, we share teaching strategies, support scholarship, and inspire each other in our academic journeys. This in-person group, based in Central Broward (Pembroke Pines/Davie area), is for full-time and part-time/adjunct faculty who teach at universities or colleges. If you’re passionate about teaching, research, or scholarship and want to thrive alongside supportive colleagues, this group is for you!
What do We Do?

• Build relationships with other women faculty across colleges and universities.
• Exchange teaching tools, learning strategies, and classroom best practices.
• Find co-authors, accountability partners, and publishing opportunities.
• Engage in informal mentoring and peer support for navigating the challenges of higher education.
• Workshop ideas for course design, scholarly writing, and professional presentations.
