Who will be our panelists?

Petya Nencheva
Petya is a Director of Agile Portfolio and Practice in a Software Development company. She works with a team of skilled Lean-Agile Practitioners and Data Engineers to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software in alignment with their strategic goals. After over a decade of a strong foundation in Project and People Management, she discovered the transformative power of Lean and Agile that ignited her passion for driving efficiency and excelling in delivery. She targets continuous improvement in every aspect of her work and focuses on achieving strategic goals to ultimately satisfy the customers.

Stefan Radev
With nearly 20 years of experience in project management, Stefan has worked across diverse industries, ranging from NGOs and construction to IT. Currently, he is dedicated to enhancing project management processes at Apex Group, a prominent provider of Financial Services. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous projects, but what truly defines his journey is the multitude of individuals he has collaborated with. Driven by a passion for people, he now shares his expertise by teaching Project Management at the Fulbright Commission. In the scarce moments of his free time, he engages in translating children’s books.

Iana Belova
Iana Belova is a Product Manager for a cloud-based CX platform, helping organisations turn client feedback into revenue. She is also the founder of a small data and process management firm with Canadian-based e-commerce clients, with over a decade of experience in managing global products, teams, and businesses. Iana is currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria but grew up and received her education in Canada, bringing a diverse perspective to any role.

Todor Yankov
Todor is Todor is a real estate construction professional with extensive delivery track record working as consultant, contractor, designer and developer across multiple sectors. He has delivered projects with a total volume exceeding 150,000 sq.m. Todor is the Director of Industrial projects in Nasekomo and is responsible for the site selection and the total project management of the new factories of the company. Todor holds a MS in Civil Engineering from UACEG, Sofia.
