Having worked as Coaches and Leaders within Agile environments, we recognise how difficult it can be to maintain a stance that promotes a healthy culture 🤔. Being an agent of change and trying to remain positive can be a real challenge. With testing 🧪 and toxic ☠️ relationships playing out around you, sustained negativity can start to have a tangible impact on your performance (and even confidence 😨).

This workshop will help you identify how negative emotions are there to help you, not control you! In this session, we introduce the concept of Positive Intelligence (PQ) and how it can help coaches support their coaching stance & improve relationships with self-awareness.

In this session, we will take a look at your 'JUDGE' 👹 and a cast of supporting characters that try to sabotage your life by giving power to the negative voice in your head.

Come along to see how your Judge is sabotaging your performance as a Coach or Leader and what you can do to deal with it! 👍
