Susan Futey is a Systems Analyst at Progressive Insurance working with multiple scrum teams and is always encouraging an Agile Mindset. Susan began her IT career in software development, transitioned to business analysis, and currently is a Lean advocate and Release Train Engineer for teams delivering business value in Claims Management Systems.

Susan obtained her Bachelors in Computer Science and Masters of Business Administration from Kent State University, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®). She recently joined the organizing committee for Women in Agile Cleveland.
