She has guided organizations in adopting Agile and flow metrics, driving value management, and optimizing portfolio execution. With a background in SAFe training and Agile Release Train onboarding, she helps leaders align strategy with execution. She has coached teams on Agile adoption and champions data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about enabling sustainable change, and enjoys empowering teams to continuously improve and deliver meaningful outcomes.
