Uche Edemejaro is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a passion for helping teams thrive in complex environments; currently working within a banking environment. With over 4 years of experience, they specialize in scaling Agile, Evidence-based management, driving team collaboration, and leveraging AI to enhance Agile workflows.
As a SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) and PSM II, Uche Edemejaro is committed to fostering high-performing teams and mentoring Agile newbies. In this session, they will explore how AI is transforming Agile practices, offering practical strategies for smarter, more adaptive teams.
