Emotions shape perception—yours, mine, and theirs—and perception shapes what we believe is possible in our work and in ourselves. In complex systems, change often begins with the only thing we truly control: how we show up. When we shift our presence, we begin to influence others and, over time, the system itself.

But what if we paused to look in the mirror first? What might we notice about ourselves that's shaping how we interpret others, how we respond, and what we believe is achievable? What emotional undercurrents are moving beneath the surface of our teams, organizations, and everyday conversations?

In this interactive session, we'll use the FACET+S framework to explore how emotions influence perception and possibility. Through metaphor and reflection, we'll surface what's often unseen—what we notice, what we miss, and what that reveals about our capacity for change. Together, we'll experiment with reshaping patterns and expanding what feels possible in your unique context.
