Bio:
Jennifer Brown is a neurodivergent leadership coach and co-founder of two Afro-centric tech startups. She supports entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives with ADHD in leading authentically and building resilient, adaptive ways of working. Drawing on her experience with global, remote teams across Europe, Africa, and the U.S., she advocates for leadership that values difference as a strategic advantage rather than something to be fixed.
