In this talk, Jennifer explores how neurodivergent agility shows up in leadership through hyper-focus, iterative thinking, and strategic empathy, inviting the audience to see difference not as a challenge to overcome, but as a powerful leadership advantage.

Bio:
Jennifer Brown is a neurodivergent leadership coach and co-founder of two Afro-centric tech startups. She supports entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives with ADHD in leading authentically and building resilient, adaptive ways of working. Drawing on her experience with global, remote teams across Europe, Africa, and the U.S., she advocates for leadership that values difference as a strategic advantage rather than something to be fixed.
