Bio:
Tracey Shaner is a Senior Operations Manager in Vanguard’s AI division, known for making learning fun, engaging, and emotionally resonant. Her passion lies in coaching individuals and teams by meeting them where they are and guiding them through transformation with empathy and energy. Since joining Vanguard in 1997, Tracey has held diverse roles including Product Owner, Scrum Master, People Leader, and Senior Agile Coach. She brings over 25 years of IT and data analytics experience, 12+ years of people leadership, and 15 years of professional Agile coaching. Her certifications include Six Sigma/DMAIC/VUE Specialist, LUMA, Leadership, PSM, PSPO, ICP-ACC, PAL-1, and PAL-EBM.

Outside of work, Tracey serves as President of Evan’s Eleven, a nonprofit supporting local communities, and Treasurer of the Norco Fire Company. A lifelong creative, she’s also a musician and DJ who began her career as on-air radio talent. Tracey currently resides in Pottstown, PA, where she continues to blend strategy, heart, and rhythm into everything she does.
