SOFT LAUNCH: Let's define together our Women In Agile HK community

Our very first event, huraah :-)

As we are all about community, we want to shape this together with you.

Key aim of this first event is for you to get a flavour of all the knowledge and/or experience this community has to offer, to help you grow as well as give back.

Agenda
1. 6.30-6.45pm - Meet and Greet: Introduce yourself and meet your peers in the community.

2. 6.45-7.15pm - Co-creation to define our community: Using an idea generation board we want to hear from you all what do you want from this community, what type of events, formats, styles, information. Let's together agree our goal + next steps.

3. 7.15-7.30pm - Share and Grow: Using Lean coffee format, we'll invite you to share challenges you are facing today, vote as a group on a topic resonating with us and then as a group plan for or even immediately discuss the most voted topic - sharing ideas/solutions.

Depending on how many of you attend, we may not get through the full agenda. But of course this is just our first meetup so any input will be used to shape future events.
